Three shapes.
Honest pricing.
We publish engagement shapes (most boutique advisories don't) so you can pick the fit before the conversation. Specific numbers are scoped to the work, we'd rather give you an honest quote after a call than a misleading number on a page.
01 · DIAGNOSTIC
Diagnostic
Fixed-fee · 2–4 weeks
A focused, time-boxed read of one part of the operating system.
Common fits
- ·Forecast accuracy diagnostic
- ·Compensation plan health check
- ·Pricing and deal desk audit
- ·Renewal motion review
What you get
Written diagnostic with prioritized recommendations, an implementation roadmap, and a clear handoff. Not a deck deliverable, an operating system change set.
02 · PROJECT REBUILD
Project rebuild
Fixed-fee, milestone-based · 8–14 weeks
Rebuild one or two layers of the framework end-to-end.
Common fits
- ·Pipeline & forecast hygiene rebuild
- ·Compensation and quota architecture redesign
- ·Pricing strategy + deal desk implementation
- ·Renewal motion design and rollout
What you get
Production-grade artefacts (models, plans, processes), live in your CRM and finance stack, with an operating cadence to maintain them. Includes leadership coaching for whoever inherits the work.
03 · FRACTIONAL / EMBEDDED
Fractional / embedded
Monthly retainer · 3–9 months
Operator-on-call. Multi-month, principal-led.
Common fits
- ·Series B/C without a Head of RevOps
- ·PE-backed platform between RevOps leadership transitions
- ·Founder-led company building toward a CRO hire
- ·Chief-of-Staff partner to a CRO during a major rebuild
What you get
Embedded operator capacity. Direct accountability for the operating cadence. Hand-off plan and successor coaching included from day one.
Three principles.
Fixed-fee where it makes sense.
Diagnostics and project rebuilds are fixed-fee with clearly scoped milestones. You know what it costs. We know what to deliver. Hours-based billing is the wrong unit for operating-system work.
No discount for a worse engagement.
We don't offer a "lite" version that's cheaper because it skips the hard parts. Either the work is worth doing properly or it isn't a fit.
Honest about the math on a call.
After a 30-minute call we can usually quote a range with high confidence. We'll tell you when an engagement isn't worth the cost, we prefer a smaller engagement that's worth it over a bigger one that isn't.
Ready for an honest quote?
Initial calls are no-pitch and useful even if we don't end up working together.
